 Maintenance Technicians at our communities must have great customer service skills. As well, should have experience with unit turns on make ready units, and completing resident service requests. Position includes experience with plumbing, appliance repair, and electrical repair. Must be willing and able to perform snow removal. On-call responsibilities are required for this position. CPO, EPA, and HVAC certification a plus, but is not required!
