Financial Assoc Sr

Job Description
The Finance Associate Sr supports the execution of the Company’s investment, development and corporate finance strategies by preparing various reports, analyses, communications, and other documents for tracking and managing the Company’s investment and development activities, and assisting key business leaders in managing relationships with equity partners, lenders and investors.

Education

College degree in business, real estate, finance, or related field and/or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to develop, comprehend, and complete legal, financial, construction-related, and human resources documents and to provide updates and reports to owners and key business leaders.

Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs in order to complete required reports and employment documents.

Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percentages in order to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information.

General understanding of the real estate industry, in particular multi-family housing and third-party management, in order to relate financial and operating analyses to practical business solutions and process improvements.
