The HR & Benefits group at ConAm has a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture. Our mission is to build an HR organization that delivers the tools, services and support our internal clients need to do the best work of their careers!
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Benefits & Wellness Coordinator to join us in that mission. In this role, you’ll be responsible for day to day benefits administration, be part of an implementation of a Human Capital Management system a and manage the wellness program.
Some of the key responsibilities for this role include:
- Benefits data entry/enrollment processing
- Report management and distribution
- Leave of absence administration
- Respond to employee benefit/human resources inquiries
- 401(k) processing and analysis
- HRIS supervision and management
- Wellness management and coordination at all levels of the organization
- Plan and coordinate employee events throughout the year
Basic Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
- 0-1 years’ experience in Human Resources
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience with HRIS and benefits databases, as well as the ability to learn any software
- Knowledge of pertinent federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements
