Job Description
The Property Transitions Coordinator’s primary responsibilities include coordinating and assisting in the transition of new properties into Company by creating a property collaboration site that houses all that pertains to the property, assisting and communicating with the properties through 90 days post takeover, setup and closing of national accounts for transitioning properties, introducing and setting up the supplier compliance program and Compliance Depot, and assisting with the transitioning out process of properties no longer managed by the Company.
Education
High School diploma, GED or related experience and/or training. College Degree is preferred.

Education

Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to prepare and explain data to team members.
- Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, property management (Yardi or One Site), and database management programs in order to complete required reports.
- Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percentages in order to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information.
- 2-5 years on site experience in the multi-family real estate industry, previous experience as community or assistant manager within the multi-family industry preferred.
