Arcadia Management Services, Co. is hiring a Director of Property Management to oversee our multi-family portfolio of 2,300 units in San Jose, California. Reporting directly to the company Vice President, this position is responsible for managing all aspects of our multi-family apartment portfolio.

Preferred qualifications include:  10+ years of multi-family management experience, bachelor’s degree, professional certifications in property management, in depth understanding of legal and risk management issues, strong communication skills, superior leadership skills, in depth understanding of the rental market, above average tenant relations skills and experience in residential real estate financial accounting.
