Manager, Package Management

Manager of Package Management is focused on driving revenue by identifying existing package programs, setting up processes and systems, and implementing package management initiatives. Additionally, the Manager of Package Management will set up package policies and plans for the entire portfolio.
Develop and create portfolio wide package management plans.
Perform site walks to understand and document existing package management programs at each community.
Research and understand new package management technologies, competitors, and supply and demand of receiving packages for residents.
Use data to propose a package management plan at each community to reduce on-site labor required to handle, store and retrieve resident packages; create ROI and increase other income.
Analyze monthly and annual financials of existing package income in Yardi and other reports.
Collaborate with Operations, Development, Asset Management, Revenue Management, Marketing, Accounting, IT, and other Depts.
Develop systems and processes to implement new package equipment and technologies.
Work closely with onsite teams and package vendors to maximize other income.
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Over 5 years of package management and/or Multi-family Property Management experience with ability to understand income statements and other financial reports.
Excellent attention to detail and has ability to develop processes for implementation.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Yardi, and Revenue Management software
