Responsibilities

Job Objectives: The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing the talent management strategy, process, and tools across the company. This individual will work with Learning & Development (L&D) and Human Resources (HR) to create a high performance culture and establish pools of well-qualified internal talent for succession planning. This position ensures that all targeted segment of employees have a customized development plan, and are being given useful, constructive coaching and feedback to maximize their performance and development. This position also focuses on employee retention rates for key segments, analyzes trends, and develops related action plans.

Job Status: Non-exempt and full-time

Department: Learning and Development

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Analyze the current organizational structure, culture, talent, competencies, and related organizational practices to identify gaps between actual and desired states. Recommend and execute solutions for change.
Identify and develop tools and resources to enable the business to effectively develop, manage, and retain talent.
Maintain database of talent information to identify key development areas and oversee strategies to accelerate the development of top talent and successor candidates.
Put together a career path plan for the targeted segment of employees and, if required, provide coaching and advice to help them achieve their career goals.
Partner with L&D and HR to develop advance certification and benefits programs to reward the high potential employees.

QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or Organizational Psychology required. Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
3 to 5 years of experience with talent management/organizational development or change management.
Experience with executing talent management processes, such as conducting talent review and assessment, creating workforce development plan, succession planning, etc.
Demonstrates learning agility and ability to quickly utilize feedback to produce desired results.
Ability to partner with stakeholders in the organization and influence decision makers.
