What You’ll Need to Bring to the Table:
- One year of customer service experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Yardi Experience strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills.
- Detail oriented, self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Strong work ethic and positive team-player attitude.
- Strong time management skills.
- Solid communication skills.
Your Calling Will Be:
- Assist residents with concerns.
- Actively participate and help plan resident events.
- Assist residents with lease renewals and lease paperwork.
- Answer phones.
- Enter work orders and follow up on service requests.
- Handle other duties and special projects as assigned.
