Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President Operations & Investment Services, this unique and high profile position is responsible for managing business processes and the creation/maintenance of investment tools utilized by internal real estate groups in the sourcing, planning, and execution of the organization’s real estate activities.

This role:

• Supports new investment activity via the creation and maintenance of standardized underwriting guidelines, target returns, real estate proposal templates, and investment authority charts.
• Manages reporting and analysis of investment activities including monthly internal development reporting, periodic internal and external reporting of investment activity, underwriting variance analyses, deal specific and ad hoc analysis, as well as management of internal systems used to support reporting and analysis
• Collaborates with other internal functions to select and implement new software systems utilized by the organization's investment functions, represents stakeholders to ensure new systems meet their business needs, and establishes related policies and procedures.
• Administers the organization's investment related business unit performance plans, including calculation of business unit performance, testing and implementation of plan modifications, and communication of performance to Management.
• Responds to and addresses inquiries from Development, Redevelopment & Asset Management, and Investments associates timely and in a manner that considers the organization's policies, procedures, and the potential impacts to other functional areas.
• Develops and communicates new policies and procedures and facilitates compliance with existing standard operating procedures and policies.

Our ideal candidates has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration/Management and5+ years' experience in a business environment in an accounting, finance, or process engineering role.Experience in real estate/construction industry is preferred.
