Senior Revenue Associate

Job Description
This position is responsible for managing all aspects of client assignments including implementation engagement, daily application of the Revenue Management system, providing support to on-site management teams, ongoing training, managing client relationships, as well as identifying and resolving issues. Required to be expert in the Price Optimizer application and related client business procedures.

Education

College degree in a related field, and/or equivalent experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to prepare and explain data to team members.
High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and SharePoint), YieldStar, OneSite, and Yardi in order to complete required reports, evaluate applications and systems, and produce necessary communication materials
Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percentages in order to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information.
General understanding of the real estate industry, in particular multi-family housing and third-party management, in order to relate financial and operating analysis to practical business solutions and process improvements.
Strong organizational, time-management, and project management skills in order to effectively track, report, and manage multiple projects and priorities where meeting deadlines is critical.
