POSITION SUMMARY
Two key areas of responsibility for this position: 1) Provide centralized management and administration for company application and screening process 2) Support significant enterprise change efforts including implementation of new programs and services across the operations group.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in managing day to day coordination with Application and Screening Vendor(s), including escalations to upper management in IT and Operations.
Monitor and respond to e-mail inquiries from site teams. Including, but not limited to, transfer requisitions, corporate applications, screening questions, and system access requests
Initial coordination with the Operations team and the screening vendor as it relates to prospect screening, lease document management, and prospect relations
Manage lease agreement and other document changes with the Legal Department
Assist the onsite associates with any compliance concerns
Join teams working on various critical enterprise change efforts
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree Required
Minimum 2-3 years’ work experience in a professional environment
Residential property management experience a plus
Ability to be a team player as well as an individual contributor
Fast learner, ability to synthesize new processes, and able to adapt to change
Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
