Management Coordinator, Recruiting Programs

As Management Coordinator, Recruiting Programs you will perform various tasks and activities to provide administrative and clerical support to Greystar's Campus Recruiting team. In this role you will be responsible for partnering closely with Requiring Programs to execute Greystar’s Campus Recruiting Strategy. This role assists in the coordination of recruiting actives for Greystar’s College Grad and Internship Program. In this role you will be responsible for signing up or career fairs, posting jobs on external job boards, scheduling interviews and managing all logistical details (candidate expense and travel arrangements), assist with Superday’s for undergrad and MBA level hires, expenses, and ad-hoc projects as necessary.
Education
Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in HR, recruiting or a related discipline preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, time management and process management skills necessary to maintain high volume workload, as well as keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency with MC office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
