Community Manager-Affordable

Related Management has a career opportunity for a dynamic Project Based Section 8 Property Manager professional with a proven track record, who enjoys and excels at communicating and interacting with residents while providing top-notch management skills to 77 unit residential property located in Oakland, CA. 

Responsibilities to include: Complete oversight of all property management functions, including directing and supervising maintenance staff. Other functions include: managing the day to day administrative (including compliance) and maintenance operations, creating and implementing leasing and marketing plans, resident relations, budget preparation and financial reporting.

Qualifications: Superb customer service skills. Highly motivated service-oriented self starter. Skilled in Project Based Section 8, including but not limited to: EIV, HAP billing, AR and IR certifications. Superior written and oral communication skills. Excellent computer skills: RealPage-Onesite preferred but not essential, Microsoft Excel a must. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis. Detailed oriented with the ability to focus of the big picture.
