What You’ll Need to Bring to the Table:

• One year direct customer service, sales or apartment industry experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated and ability to work independently
• Strong work ethic and positive team-player attitude.
• Strong time management skills.
• Solid communication skills.

Your Calling Will Be:

• Tour/Lease apartments and maintain a minimum closing ratio of 33%.
• Collect all required documents and prepare M/I files.
• Walk and create punch list.
• Process move-ins.
• Update market survey.
• Enter work orders and follow up on service requests.
• Handle other duties and special projects as assigned.

Preferred training: Yardi, Rent Café, Popcard, Outlook, Active Building.
