Assistant Manager-HUD

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Compliance Assistance Manager. We are looking for a detail oriented individual to complement our Affordable Housing Community. The successful candidate will be a team player, professional, demonstrate good interpersonal skills, and flexible. This position is very fast paced and the individual must be able to meet critical deadlines. Optimal candidate has property management experience with affordable housing programs such as: Project Based Section 8 (HUD) The basic responsibilities include review and process re-certifications, spreadsheets, agency audits/reports & responses. Must be able to learn or know One-Site rent software. Pay is negotiable and is between $24.00 per hour to $26.00 per hour depending on experience.

WHY YOU ARE THE PERFECT FIT:

• 2 years of previous experience working in the apartment management industry
• Proficient in MS Excel, & Word.
• One-Site rent software use a plus!
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Regulations
• Knowledge of Affordable Housing Programs (Project Based Sec. 8)
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess a proactive, positive attitude!
