Leasing Consultant - Riverside

Allen Properties is seeking a FULL TIME Leasing Consultant for two of our properties located in Riverside.  This person will work Tuesday through Saturday.

Qualifications

1. Assist in maintaining high occupancy level through support of and participation in the leasing effort and other small office activities. 2. Administer the organization of the business office to facilitate effective operations. 3. Maintain filing, inventory, communications and record keeping in accordance with company policies and procedures. 4. Monitor accounts receivable and related paperwork to ensure timely rent collections. 5. Assist Property Manager in operations of the property. 6. Must have some computer knowledge. 7. Contribute to the team effort in being aware of and relaying information regarding the community's general appearance and condition, which could impact our ability to maintain a quality living environment and lease apartments.  8. Promote positive, proactive resident relations.

Education

Previous experience as a leasing consultant, but not necessary will train the right person. Good sales and superior customer service skills. Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills. Ability to interact effectively with management, peers residents and prospects. Valid driver's license and proof of current automobile insurance. Must have reliable transportation. English proficiency, Bilingual is a must. Ability to work weekends is a MUST. Drug Free Workplace.
