Apartment Manager (On-site)

The Presidio Apartments, a 72 Senior Apartment Community located in beautiful San Clemente provides an outstanding opportunity for an experienced On-Site Property Manager.

Must have a minimum of three (3) years property management experience, some of which has been in a management capacity; must be proficient with HUD, Section 42 BOND requirements, and possess outstanding management, administrative, follow-through, leadership and communication skills. Must have the ability to identify and resolve matters in a timely manner and manage difficult situations effectively.

Rental payment are collected through our Centralized Accounting Department; therefore, NO Rent Collection, Deposits and Data Entry duties!!

Full-Time position on-site- includes Apartment and utilities as well as additional great company benefits!
