E & S Ring is a leading residential property management company with apartment communities located throughout California.  We have an exciting opportunity for a hard-working, motivated, and experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to come join our team and work with us at our 981-unit apartment community located by the water in Marina del Rey, CA. As the Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for completing service requests, troubleshooting and repairing of most major and all minor mechanical systems, oversee and assist with apartment turn-over and all other duties as assigned.  
 
Ideal candidate should have a high level of knowledge of plumbing and electrical experience.  Must be able to patch, texture and paint.  Must be able to receive and act on instructions given orally or in writing.  4 years direct experience in apartment maintenance or 4 or more years in related fields. Have HVAC experience, must have own tools and must be able to function in a customer service environment.
