Leasing Consultant

Immediate opening for Leasing Consultant at Ocean Park located in Oceanside, CA with 152 units.  

Candidate must have prior customer service experience and posses strong organizational skills and time management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Lease apartment units as they become available.
• Will stimulate prospective residents' interest to visit the property by displaying a professional, courteous and informational phone skills.
• Greet in professional manner current and potential residents, vendors and employees
• Utilize effective sales skills in touring the property, and will discuss the size, layout of rooms, available facilities, location of shopping and the terms of the lease.
• Complete paperwork required for lease and any updated paperwork for current residents
• Must be able to use computer, phone, office administrative machines
• Dependable

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Mathematical Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

Salary: $15.00 to $20.00 /hour
