Responsibilities

We are proud to offer an amazing 8- to 10-week, paid internship opportunity to highly motivated under-graduate and post-graduate students interested in learning how an industry leader operates and makes sound decisions everyday. You will work on projects to understand how utilities, reimbursements, and ancillary income revenue are incurred and collected. Your duties will include the following: gather billing and usage data, create benchmarking reports, review recovery data, and identify unusual data pattern. The position is based out of the Woodland Hills office. Qualifications:- Currently attending college or university, either at under- or post-graduate level - preferably in a Real Estate Development, Finance, Business, or Marketing disciplines. - Must be able to work 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday throughout an 8- or 10- week internship program. - Must have strong communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills. - Must be detail-oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills. - Intermediate proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel.
