New Grad Property Management opportunities throughout SoCal in LA, OC/IE, and San Diego counties.

This is an exciting career opportunity for college graduates who want to join Greystar, the Global Leader in Rental Housing, and build a career in the multi-family rental housing industry, concentrating on property management.
  • Program participants start their career as a Leasing Professional at one of Greystar’s managed communities, working alongside the best real estate leaders and onsite property managers in the industry. Participants build functional knowledge about property operations with a focus on leasing, marketing, sales, and the resident experience.
  • With a structured curriculum of best-in-class learning and development experiences, and under the mentorship of a top-performing community manager and onsite team, participants in the Property Management Professional program build on their knowledge of onsite operations.
  • Participants also become experts in the various technologies and innovative solutions in which Greystar is investing, as the Company creates a distinctive resident living experience unlike any other.
  • At the end of the 18-month program, program participants are prepared for and placed in the role of an Assistant Community Manager where they can continue to build their career in property management with Greystar.


Education

2019 College graduate with a degree in property management, real estate, or a related field in a business discipline. We’re looking for graduates with a keen focus on customer service, interest and comfort using technologies, and desire to work with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to comprehend and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer questions.

Demonstrated ability to apply sales skills, such as generating sales leads, conducting sales presentations, qualifying prospects, and closing.

Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, property management software (preferably Yardi and/or One Site), and spreadsheet management programs in order to complete required reports and employment documents.

Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percent’s in order to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information.

Proficiency and fluency in using the internet for marketing, advertising, and sales-related circumstances, including using Craigslist, Google and other search engines, and navigating the internet and websites.
