The Resident Services Specialist is responsible for answering phones, data entry and all other phases of resident services, including calendar management, lease renewals and monitoring guard reports. Qualified candidates must have computer skills in a window based environment, typing 40 wpm, one year direct customer service, and strong organizational skills. Property management experience preferred. Must be willing to work on weekends, Schedule will be Wednesday to Saturday 32 hrs. a week.
Satisfactory urinalysis drug test and background check required.
