Resident Manager

We are a 30 unit apartment building in Westwood. Our tenants are full-time UCLA students and our annual turnover is high. We are looking for an onsite building manager.

The resident manager spends a significant amount of time interacting both face-to-face and in writing with current and prospective tenants, so strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.

Previous residential management experience in a college setting is a plus.
