Leasing Consultant

We have an exciting opportunity for a Leasing Consultant at our 600+ unit Community in Long Beach. Successful candidates are energetic, self-motivated, and experienced Leasing Professional with at least 2 years leasing experience.

Responsibilities include working on the occupancy and leasing sales efforts for three properties out of one central location, supporting and adding value to the company's marketing efforts, generating a consistent source of qualified traffic, assisting in the development and maintenance of successful Resident Retention Programs, Property Reputation Management, lease up goals, Open Houses and providing extraordinary customer service.

Duties include demonstrating our community to prospective residents while maintaining a 30-35% closing ratio, following up with prospects, inspecting community, models, and common areas for cleanliness and presentation, planning, coordinating and implementing ongoing resident functions, and maintaining constant contact with other communities in the market place assessing market conditions, in both numeric and narrative formats to Community Manager.

Must be organized, able to multi-task, set and maintain priorities for the leasing team. Must also possess effective verbal and written communication skills, the ability to find appropriate solutions to problems and provide assistance to Assistant and Community Manager when necessary.

Normal work schedule will include weekends. Competitive hourly rate, leasing bonuses, excellent benefits.
