Leasing Consultant/ Occupancy Specialist

DKD is hiring Apartment Office Assistants / Leasing Consultant/ Occupancy Specialist  for various positions in the San Jose Area.

Affordable and  Market Rate apartment communities  located in San Jose. 

Days and Hours of work vary by site with typically Monday - Friday or  Tuesday - Saturday 9:00 am "" 6:00 pm.

Compensation:  $18 to $20 per hour depending on experience. 

 Immediate Full-Time positions available for a person with a "winning" personality, organized, and good communication skills. Will be assisting in all phases of Apartment Rental Office duties which includes, assisting residents, answering phones, preparing letters and notices, collecting and depositing rents, computer data entry, attending all company sponsored meetings; and any and all other work related requirements of the position.

Real Page OneSite software experience a plus. 

Occupancy Specialist must have Affordable Housing (HUD/ Section 8 or TCAC) experience

Must pass background check and have a valid CA License, Insurance and clean DMV record.
