STUDENT HOUSING APARTMENT MANAGER

We are growing property management firm is looking to hire an experienced person to join our team and will be willing to grow without limits to oversee our beautiful, 150+ apartment community located in Davis, California.



The Apartment Manager will be responsible for:

- Managing a team to ensure the property is maintained to standards compatible with company's policies & procedures, compliance with fair housing and all applicable laws, and maximizing occupancy and NOI.

- Develop and implement marketing plans to maximize traffic and rental closing performance.

- Continuously be aware of market conditions and competition in the surrounding communities to better maximize revenue.

- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining the highest standards for resident service.

- Organize and oversee the annual turn season, which involves the coordination of vendors to meet 7-day turn of approximately 50% of the total apartments as well as the successful move-in of the new incoming Residents.



Qualifications

Candidate must be committed to providing above average results on a daily basis and will possess the following:

- 5+ years of related Student Housing property management experience (100 units or more);

- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Property Management software;

- Knowledge of Fair Housing and Fair Credit Reporting Act;

- Professional attitude and communication skills

- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to process error-free work product

- A positive and enthusiastic personality with a "can-do" attitude

- Must be able to work weekends, as needed.
