Compliance Manager

Mutual Housing Management is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager for its Property Management Department, located in Sacramento. The position reports to the Director of Property Management. This position is responsible for compliance review of all Tax Credit/HUD move-ins and re-certifications, conducting file audits of properties, providing training to Property Managers, and monitoring compliance with all agency regulations, and file/physical inspections.
