Strategic Staffing and Recruiting Associate

Job Description
The Strategic Staffing and Recruiting Associate executes the Company’s strategy related to the acquisition and on-boarding of talent, manages the processes for candidate identification and selection, supports managers in on-boarding new hires in accordance with the Company’s talent acquisition policies and procedures, and completes activities and projects that help achieve the Company’s goal of hiring and retaining “the best.”

Education

?College degree in business, human resources administration, or related field, and/or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to conduct interviews with applicants, and interact with hiring managers and other team members, vendors, contractors, and business contacts..
  • Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs in order to complete required reports and produce necessary training materials.
  • Proficiency in using the internet and internet applications (Outlook, Craigslist, etc.) in order to gather research, manage advertising, schedule appointments, and communicate with candidates.
  • Demonstrated skills in interpersonal communication to establish and build strategic partnerships and business relationships, and effectively interact with management groups.
  • Employment history that demonstrates the application and usage of staffing and recruiting methods sufficient to design processes, practices, policies, and procedures for managing an effective recruiting function
