FPI Management is currently looking for an Assistant Community Director to join our team!
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE has 1 year of verifiable work experience in a similar Assistant Manager role. Is a dynamic leader, financial analysis genius, amazing marketing guru and super savvy with modern software applications. Must have a passion for customer service! Must be able to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS for consideration: a High School diploma or equivalent, English language proficiency (read, speak and write), and the ability to pass a full background check and drug screening (Note: As it relates to marijuana use, FPI will consider any applicable state law when dispositioning test results). Additional requirements for Affordable Housing properties: Preferred experience in affordable housing programs including but not limited to: LIHTC, HUD programs (Project Based Section 8, Section 236, PRAC, 811 PRA), USDA-Rural Development (515), HCD, HOME Funds and Bonds.
