Job Description
Director of Asset Management leads the implementation of the Company’s strategies, programs, policies, and initiatives related to investment management associated with the underwriting of the portfolio of owned assets, and partners with Real Estate Operations to implement specific plans and programs that achieve the financial, investment, and operating goals of the assigned portfolio. This position will be part of Greystar's newly formed Active Adult Platform.
This position can work out of our Dallas, TX or Charleston, SC office.
