A Day in the Life:

As our Resident Relations Specialist the opportunity for expressing world class customer service is endless. While welcoming future residents to the property and actively helping current residents with their needs, you will be expected to drive and retain revenue, strategize innovative ideas and resident functions to create a dynamic working and living environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Improve retention by building a strong resident community
  • Coordinate innovative resident events to maximize participation
  • Exude an outgoing and dynamic personality, while welcoming prospective residents and touring the community
  • Prepare organized packets and documents for move ins, turns and renewals
  • Thorough understanding of products, floor plans, competition and amenities to identify opportunities to create value for residents and drive revenue
  • Accurately accommodate and process resident requests and leasing documents
  • Take the initiative to participate in additional training and development


What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • BA preferred
  • 2+ years customer service or sales experience
  • Event planning experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Exceptional organizational skils
