Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description:

Seeking a maintenance supervisor for multifamily complex.

Responsibilities Include:

Maintaining maintenance budget

Scheduling and completing apartment make ready process

Completing residential service requests in a timely manner

Collecting bids from vendors

Requirements:

Experience in multifamily setting

Knowledgeable in HVAC, plumbing and appliance repair

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Good customer service skills

On call rotation (every two weeks)

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
