Affordable Housing Assistant Community Manager Position Available. Project-based section 8 experience and/or tax credit/section 42 (IRS) experience required. Approximately 125 Units.
Responsibilities include ensuring requirements of all affordable housing programs and related compliance is met and maintained in a complete and accurate manner, including but not limited to conducting the certification and subsequent re-certification of all households at the site, reviewing resident move-in files for the site, and attending HUD & TCAC inspections.
25-40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Hourly rate is based on experience. In addition to compensation, company offers competitive benefit package.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience in affordable housing and knowledge of, experience with, and certification in tax credit/Section 42 and HUD/project-based section 8 compliance required. Professional presentation, above-average communication skills, ability to prioritize, problem-solving abilities required.
