Service Techs needed - no weekends!

Advenir Living has several open positions for service technicians at properties around the Denver Metro Area. Requirements:
Resident relations.
Communicate effectively using oral and written communication.
After completing a service request, complete and leave the bottom portion in the resident's apartment. Properly document the top portion of the service request with the date, time, and work completed, so the service request can be properly closed in the computer system.
Maintain relationships with residents, associates and vendors on a professional business level at all times.
Strive to meet resident needs and create win/win situations. Direct any pertinent issues to the Service Manager and/or Community Manager immediately, so they can be addressed in a timely manner.
 
Maintenance and physical property.
Attend monthly safety meetings and follow all safety program guidelines.
Verify that all marketing signs are put out daily and entrance area is clean and free of trash.
Complete all non-emergency service requests that are assigned to you within 24 hours. Notify your supervisor immediately if you are unable to complete a service request within this time period, or if you need assistance, a part ordered or a vendor called. Emergency service requests are to be done the same day they are received.
Turn or renovate apartments according to company standards and expectations. Classic unit turns are to be completed within 5 business days or 7 calendar days.
When scheduled, answer all after-hours emergency calls and respond within 30 minutes.
Complete preventive maintenance as per company guidelines.
Assist Service Manager in monitoring inventory of parts and supplies using the Hi/Low system weekly.
Inspect and clean-up grounds, buildings, amenities and dumpster/compactor areas daily to minimize liability concerns and ensure excellent curb appeal.
Other responsibilities.
Complete all additional tasks, projects and responsibilities as determined by your supervisor or the company.
Complete all required training in Advenir's LMS (Learning Management Software) program by the end of each month.
Ensure that you are dressed and groomed professionally, in required uniform, wearing an Advenir name tag and safety belt every day. Also having protective eye wear available at all times. Following the current Career Apparel Program.
Portray a professional image in the maintenance office and shop. Keeping them neat and clean and all work areas organized and free of clutter.
Ability to perform the physical functions of the position, which may include, but are not limited to: ability to walk property, including up to 4 flights of stairs, to complete physical tasks, deliver resident communications, climb ladders, shovel snow, use a blower, rake leaves, transport or move up to 50 pounds and ability to work outdoors in temperatures exceeding 90 degrees or below 32 degrees Fahrenheit.
