Leasing Consultant

Looking for energetic, polished and driven individual to represent our community.  Our Leasing Consultant is a member of a team of Property Management Professionals and the community's sales representative whose primary duties are to greet clients, to present professionally the features and benefits of their assigned community and properly secure  agreements from qualified persons.  Must be comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel.  Yardi 7S, Rent Cafe and Yardi CRM experience a plus.  

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for demonstrating the community and touring/leasing to potential residents, while selling the community Services and providing outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents.  Our Associates are also responsible for preparing all lease related documents.  Successful Leasing Consultants will be customer service focused, possess a sense of urgency and be responsive to prospect and resident needs.  Training provided and experience a plus.
