Sales Specialist

Job Description
The purpose of this role is to assist field level sales teams in ramping up occupancy in revenues at slower paced communities. This position will also provide training and guidance to less experienced sales professionals.

Education

College degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications

  • Five or more years in a multi-unit sales leadership role.
  • Senior living or direct sales background.
  • Experience selling and training sales leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to prepare and explain data to team members.
  • Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percentages in order to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information
