Multi-Site Apartment Manager

MGR Property Management is a long established (35 years) and rapidly growing company. We successfully provide property management services for commercial, retail, office, residential, and multi-family properties, as well as owners' associations. 

Currently we are seeking a qualified and highly motivated candidate who will work from our Ontario and Victorville Corporate offices to help supervise our growing portfolio of multi family properties.

This position requires a California Real Estate Salesperson's License. The Multi Site Manager works under the supervision of the Regional Manager to ensure the successful operation of the properties, implement company policies and procedures, provide excellent customer service to residents and owners, and ensure the proper upkeep and maintenance of the buildings.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience as an onsite manager with a proven record of successfully managing multi site properties,  or alternatively, successfully leading a team at a multi-family property of 200+ units. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as analytical and computer skills. Experience with property management software (ideally YARDI) is required. 

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year College or university preferred; but will consider an equivalent combination of education and experience.
