Property Administrator

Valley Palms Apartments has an immediate need for an experienced Property Administrator to manage its 354-unit family community located in San Jose.  Selected individual will ensure compliance with all fair housing requirements; rent/lease apartments, provide outstanding resident relations, supervise a staff of 6, coordinate maintenance and resident needs, and ensure 100% occupancy.

This is an Off-Site Full-Time position with a salary up to $90,000, depending upon experience.

Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of three years property management experience, in a management capacity.  Position requires a working knowledge of Affordable Housing Programs to include, Tax Credit, Bond, etc.  Selected individual will possess outstanding marketing, management, administrative, follow-through, leadership and communication skills.  Must have the ability to identify and resolve matters in a timely manner and manage difficult situations effectively.  Must obtain a Real Estate License within one year from hire date.
