Special Needs Building Manager

West Hollywood Special Needs building manager needed.

Affordable Housing Experience a MUST Tac Credit/HUD Programs

Must have a tax credit and preferably Special Needs background including working with homeless, drug programs and HIV residents.

Duties include:

-Tenant Recertification, MI, unit inspections, leases

-Conduct tenant meetings with owners

-Conduct monthly meetings with management and case workers

-Attend court evictions

-Must live on site

-One bedroom plus benefits and salary
