Service Technician - Multifamily

Woodmont is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance work at our beautiful, luxury 190+ unit apartment community located in Antelope. We are looking for a responsible, reliable individual to join our maintenance/service team to work FULL TIME - 40 hours per week (includes benefits!). The schedule is Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. We require an honest and dependable individual with good repair skills and an eye for detail to perform the apartment turnover work and repair duties as well. 

We require:
Proven repair skills for appliances, light carpentry, light electrical and light plumbing
Provide own tools
Provide proof of auto insurance 
Participate in rotating on-call schedule.
