The Website Production Associate is responsible for participating in the development and support of property web presence by implementing and maintaining the design of property level websites and web platform products. Provides technical expertise related to implementation of integrated functionality between Property Management software platforms utilized by the Company.

The Website Production Associate is responsible for participating in the development and support of property web presence by implementing and maintaining the design of property level websites and web platform products. Provides technical expertise related to implementation of integrated functionality between Property Management software platforms utilized by the Company.
Education
College degree in a related field, and/or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to prepare and explain data to team members, leadership and/or third party vendors as well as share ideas to maintain or strengthen the Company’s digital innovation position in the industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, property management (Yardi or One Site), and database management programs in order to complete required reports.
- Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percentages in order to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information.
- Demonstrated proficiency with uploading content into databases and using the information to create, compose and edit materials.
- Demonstrated understanding of web development and functionality, including content management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment (including third party vendors), share ideas and help the Company continue to be an industry leader in digital innovation.
