Marketing Manager

Menomonee Falls, WI

What you will do:

  • Manage and deliver all aspects of Springs social media and content marketing initiatives to build brand identity and awareness
  • Implement and lead new marketing initiatives
  • Lead, manage and mentor Marketing Specialists in all aspects of the performance and responsibilities
  • Collaborate and work closely with Springs site teams to ensure marketing team and onsite efforts align
  • Provide forecasting projections to help achieve budgeted results
  • Manage and update the Springs website; review all content for accuracy and ensure alignment with brand

What we need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, with an emphasis on digital marketing and/or social media
  • Five to seven years of direct Marketing experience required; property management marketing experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong understanding of Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, Twitter and other social media
  • Skilled in graphic design
  • An ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines while remaining organized and meeting deadlines
  • Displays honesty, integrity, good character, trustworthiness and sound personal and business judgment
