Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the overall maintenance of the apartment complex and all areas related to the day-to-day maintenance operations of the community. Duties include but are not limited to:

1) Proficient Knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Masonry and Painting
2) Repair and/or installation of showers, sinks, faucets, toilets, light fixtures, hardware, doors/cabinets, drywall, building exteriors
3) Maintenance turnover work and maintenance service requests (work orders)
4) 24-Hour emergency maintenance when on phone rotation
5) Complete grounds work such as grounds pick up, sweeping and light landscaping
6) Daily Pool Maintenance

Job Requirements:
1) 2 to 4 years of industry experience required
2) Must own the necessary tools to effectively complete tasks outlined above
3) Maintain a professional and courteous manner with Residents, Visitors, Contractors and Company Associates
4) Ability to follow oral and written instructions, and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships
5) Must be willing to travel to other local properties if necessary
6) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 

Education:
High School Diploma or GED required
