Job Description
The Manger of Strategic Staffing and Recruiting leads the execution of the Company’s strategy related to the acquisition and on-boarding of talent, establishes process, policies, and procedures for proactively meeting the talent needs of the Company, and develops and implements programs, activities, and initiatives that enable and support the Company’s goal of hiring and retaining “the best.”
Education
College degree in business, human resources administration, or related field, and/or equivalent experience is required.

Education
College degree in business, human resources administration, or related field, and/or equivalent experience is required.
Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to create and make presentations to team members, executive and senior managers, and others, and to develop recruiting brochures, offer letters, and other collateral materials.
- Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs in order to complete required reports and produce necessary training materials.
- Demonstrated project management skills in order to develop and execute a project plan from conception through implementation and evaluation.
- Demonstrated skills in interpersonal communication to establish and build strategic partnerships and business relationships, and effectively interact with executives and senior-level management groups.
- Employment history that demonstrates the application and usage of staffing and recruiting methods sufficient to design processes, practices, policies, and procedures for managing an effective recruiting function.
