If you are an individual in search for a full-time position, possess strong organizational skills and have that “Super Star” attitude, then continue to read this ad further!   We are seeking a star quality Leasing Consultant to join our team at our 508-unit apartment community located in Costa Mesa, CA.  As the Leasing Consultant you will be responsible for maintaining occupancy goals by generating traffic, securing appointments and maximizing rentals, assisting in the total leasing efforts and integrated marketing programs of the property, participating in the presentation and monitoring of market ready product, and performing all administrative duties related to the on-site sales/marketing functions.  Additionally, the Leasing Consultant is responsible for attaining and updating, on a regular monthly basis, the competition and market survey.
 
Qualified candidates must have prior front office experience and excellent customer service and computer skills including word processing.  YARDI and Excel knowledge of spreadsheets desired.  Apartment leasing and marketing experience or equivalent desired.
