Maintenance Porter

Maintenance Technician needed for a 250+ units.

 Rate of pay is  $14.00 / Hour 

This is a temporary position currently available until January 2019 with the potential of long term employment but no guarantee. 

Two years apartment maintenance experience preferred. Must be able to work cohesively with a team and be available on-call for after-hours emergencies. This position will consist of some janitorial duties.
