A Day in the Life:

As our Performance Manager-Sales you will be expected to be an active member of the Alliance team by administering training for the division. You will assist in aspects of Associate development and property success through appropriate training and follow up. As a constant advocate for, and visible representative of Alliance Residential you will play an integral role in helping Alliance become “The Best Property Management Company in the nation.” This position requires a high energy, creative person with strong communication and verbal skills. You must be self-motivated and willing to travel. Responsible for implementing solid sales training and in-person coaching support to improve sales teams' effectiveness with a specialization in lease-ups.

What You'll Do :

  • Demonstrates the sales process and knowledge of the customer's needs through frequent field visits
  • Schedules virtual and in-person coaching sessions
  • Maintains coaching records
  • Will deliver virtual and in-person sales related lesson plans/training modules
  • Will be asked to participate in curriculum development and provide feedback
  • Consult with Development and Operations to gain understanding of training needs
  • Work with Performance Department to provide formal and informal recognition programs
  • Provides feedback from the field about Alliance programs and systems
  • Review quality assurance tools such as call analysis, mystery shops and prospect surveys for effectiveness
  • Review sales and industry related journals

What You'll Need to Succeed :

  • BA in a related Business or Hospitality field is preferred
  • Training experience strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in property management industry preferred
  • Possess training skills
  • Understanding of current processes and procedures
