The Sares Regis Group of Irvine, California, is a privately held real estate development, investment and management firm that focuses on commercial properties and multifamily communities in the western U.S. Since its founding in 1993, SRG has developed and acquired more than $7 billion in commercial and residential assets. The company manages a combined portfolio of approximately 21 million square feet of office and industrial space and 19,500 apartment units.
The SRG is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee multiple properties in the Los Angeles area. This person will be directly responsible for the overall management, administration, operations and financial performance of assigned multi-family portfolio. They will also act as the company representative in all matters related to investor, owner, or owner representative reporting, meetings, discussions and relations.
Must have the following qualifications in order to be considered:
- Must live in the Los Angeles area
- 5+ years experience managing multiple sites in very competitive markets
- Lease-up experience
- Proven leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage 6-8 properties and more than 2000 units
- Strong financial background
- Experience and connections in the Los Angeles market to enhance business development opportunities
