SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:
Multi-site property management (Hollywood, CA). Responsible for the overall operations and success of the properties, daily implementation and execution of company policies and procedures, resident retention and satisfaction, proper upkeep of the buildings and renovations/capital improvements.

Ideal candidates should have minimum 2 years property management experience as a property manager. Must have proven track record in successfully managing properties and leading teams. Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, fast-learner, excellent in both verbal and written communication, experienced in providing top-notch customer service, can multi-task, possess good business judgment with strong analytical/problem solving skills.
Background and drug screening required as a condition of employment. EOE.

Essential duties, responsibilities and job requirements include:
*Manage the daily property operations under the direct supervision of the Regional Manager.
*Work closely with the Regional Manager and the President, in achieving occupancy goals, recommend strategies to increase revenue and minimize expenses while delivering quality product and customer satisfaction.
*Create opportunities and propose recommendations for improving property performance and continued success.
*Responsible for overall property conditions and proper upkeep.
*Promote company goals and vision.
*Execute all assigned functions while enforcing and adhering to company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws.
*Directly responsible for the daily accounting management, monthly financial reporting, and annual budgets preparation, execution and reforecasting.
*Conduct recruiting, hiring and termination process as well as training and evaluation of all direct reports.
*Lead the onsite team members in their daily functions.
*Knowledgeable on current market trends and competitors"™ performance to deliver to establish and maintain competitive edge against competitors.
*Well-versed in utilizing social media, online advertising and other various marketing tools/programs.
*Responsible for resolving resident/property issues effectively, in a timely manner.
*Oversee facilitation of Preventative Maintenance Programs.
*Organize and facilitate resident and leasing events.
*Execute the role successfully with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:
Experienced in managing multi-site properties. Proficient in both verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to write business correspondence with proper grammar and reasoning. Must have common business sense, analytical and problem solving skills. Must have mathematical skills and understanding of accounting principles. Ability to follow instructions, read, analyze, and interpret general business documents/articles, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information to ownership, investment partners, customers and the general public.

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
