Requirements:

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1 year experience leasing luxury apartments/townhomes and/or 1-2 years' experience within a leasing support or consulting capacity within a luxury apartment/townhome community of 400+ units and/or 2-3 years' experience within a leasing consulting role for 200+ units luxury apartment homes community or a combination.

•         Education: High School/GED

COMPUTER SKILLS SOFTWARE

Working knowledge of industry software such as Pop Card (digital guest card), Yardi or similar Property management software, MS Office Suite, Resident Background/credit screening service. 

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Proficiency in the English language both written and spoken

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

•         This position works indoors and outdoors with low to moderate noise levels. 

•         The incumbent is required to sit, stand and walk frequently. 

•         Must be able to climb stairs when entering Resident Services Office or Service Office at

other locations and on property. Must be able to walk the property. Must be able to

walk docks (where applicable) including steps and steep gangways. . Requires some

bending and kneeling for access to files. Occasionally lifts 20 pounds or less.

•         Must be able to listen and address complex situations

•         Utilizes a computer, telephone, telecommunication devices, copiers, collates

•         Interacts with the general public and holds face to face discussions.

Schedule: Saturday-Wednesday
